There are load of shops around as well and the area is really nice and relaxed. Youre gonna be living with 4 other guys who are all music students in Liverpool. One of them is working in Birmingham most of the time and doesnt spent much time in the house, so its really just the 3 other guys. Life around here is really relaxed, everybody likes to cook, to hang out and is always up for a drink. Even though, everybody gets to have their own space and the guys are working on their music most of the time as well. THE ROOM The room is quite large and comes with a king size bed, a closet, a drawer, chairs and a desk, so there is loads of space for you available. Its also got an en-suit bathroom with a massive shower and separate heating in both, the bathroom and the actual bedroom. The deposit is already paid for this years contract so Im sure we can find a way to sort this out. The current contract goes on until June but can obviously be renewed if needed. You wont be living illegally, the landlord know Im leaving the contract early, so youll be getting your own official contract for when you decide to move in.
