A warm welcome to 62 Skene Street in Central Aberdeen! This is a VisitScotland 3-Star Self-Catering Accommodation, also part of VisitScotland's Walkers Scheme. My flat is ready to host you, if you are one, two or two and a half people! This is a managed and fully equipped apartment for stays from 3 nights to 3 months or possibly more, ideal for one or two people whereas the sofa can sleep a small child. The flat is also suitable for one or two golfers with a hallway and some storage space. A fully furnished and equipped pleasant flat, right in the centre of things without much noise but with views from the sofa, 5-15 minutes away walking from anywhere you d need or want to go in central Aberdeen, including the train station and the port. Some 10 minutes by bus from Union Street you reach the city's wonderful seafront and all the activities there whereas in10-20 minutes depending traffic you can reach Dyce International Airport by car. The University and Old Aberdeen as well as some of the city's golf courses are also not more than 10-15 minutes by bus from Union Street. On your doorstep a lovely pub/restaurant and the only Turkish restaurant in town whereas convenience stores, small cafes, hairdresser, some stores and others are not more than 5 minutes walk away. The flat is very close to public transportation, payphone and medical services whereas temporary parking is also available very close! Facilities include a new build-in antenna TV, a mini hi-fi, unlimited wifi access, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, extra storage, iron and board, bathtub with shower, all major kitchen appliances, a dvd player with a small selection of dvds, iphone docking station, hair dryer, desktop, drying stand, hand-held and normal hoover and more! We will welcome you with the major need supplied at the flat including complimentary water and refreshments. The price also includes the cleaning prior to arrival and use for inside and outside the apartment of maps and city guides. This is a managed flat and my manager will be happy to answer emails and calls for any further information or additional service you may require! We welcome small pets after confirmation, in case of felines equipment must be brought with whereas we always try to be eco-friendly-please find shopping bags you can reuse, eco-shower facility, low-energy lamps whereas outside the building you will find recycling depositories. A nice pub/bar just on the ground floor! Close to the centre/buses even by walking. The building is a corner building and there is general space around so no city feeling while in the centre! Please note NO lift, access to the building through the main door on the pavement.
